Kristal Richardson, IFBB Pro and Personal Trainer

This beautiful lady is Kristal Richardson.
Believe it or not, after only two competitions, Kristal became a IFBB Professional Figure Competitor!
She was born on April 28th, 1976 in Bloomington, Illinois.
Kristal started out in jazz dance and gymnastics at an early age, and moved on to cheerleading, track, and volleyball.

In March 2006, she competed in her first regional Figure competition in San Francisco, The Steel Rose.
Kristal not only won her class, but she also won the overall show, which allowed her to go to the national level.

Then in rapid order she had her 30th birthday, married Tom Richardson (the man that got her into serious training) and competed at the North American national competition, where she won her class and got her Pro Card.

She is now a certified personal trainer and has her own business training and consulting on health and nutrition.

Jenn Jackson

Jenn Jackson is a NPC national figure competitor and fitness model.
She was born on October 17, 1975 in East Tawas, Michigan.
Jenn is 5'2 and a half and weighs 125 contest and 135 off season.
She has a very lean, ripped physique and striking eyes.

IFBB Figure Pro: Heather Mae French

Heather Mae French is an IFBB Figure Pro from Little Rock, Arkansas.
You wouldn't know it to look at her, but she stands 5'3 and weighs 103 pounds.
In 2008, Heather was named one of the top eight figure pros to watch by FigureRX Magazine.
And looking at her it's no wonder why.
She is ripped, tight and compact with beautiful blue eyes.
And looking at her contest history, she seems to just keep getting better.

And talk about humble beginnings, she started out watching Denise Austin on the Lifetime channel and buying "Buns of Steel" videotapes.

This beautiful young lady is certified personal trainer, model, actress and hostess of The Fit Show, Hilda Castillo.
Hilda was born on Sepember 14th, 1979 in Merced, California.
She is of Spanish, Italian and Chinese desent.
Hilda is 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs 106 pounds.

Her parents are smart, when they saw her potential at age 12, they not only enrolled her in the Barbizon school of modeling but Tae-Kwon-Do as well.

Sherry Goggin Revisited

I did an entry on Sherry Goggin (Sherry Goggin Giardina) back in 2007 but this lady is definitely worth another look.
She was popular in the muscle magazines back in the 90's and she is still going strong without missing a step.
Sherry is a Ms. Fitness America Champion from Chattanooga, Tennessee and she has an incredible lean, shapely and muscular physique.
She is an actress, spokesmodel, real estate agent, and the VP of the Trainers Association.
Sherry has appeared in Physical, Ironman, Oxygen and BUILT magazines among many more.

This beautiful young lady is figure champion, personal trainer, and model Angela Mraz.
Angela has had a stunning career with the WNBF in the past, but now that organization has banned her.
Hard to believe isn't it?

Carmen Dura is a ACE certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, AFC certified personal trainer, boxing coach, figure competitor, fitness model and entrepreneur.

Like the fact that she does she personalized online fitness training.
Or that she runs a fitness camp for children in the Miami area?
This 5'2", 114 pound beauty has a lot on her plate, but she seems to get everything done.

She was the 1998 Alliance Fitness Corporation Fitness Instructor of the Year.
She was also a FAME 2006 Fitness Model competitor and a FAME 2007 Fitness Model competitor.
