Erin was born in 1968 and still looks fantastic!
I don't think she ever did any female fitness competitions , but she did a lot of fitness modeling.

Erin Ellington (born November 6, 1968 in Des Moines, Iowa) is an American fitness model.

Following a two-year sojourn into the joys of motherhood, Erin Ellington has returned to the spotlight. One of the world’s most beautiful fitness models, Erin resumed her career during Summer 2007 – much to the relief of her many fans around the globe.

Erin was all over the fitness mags back in the 90s. And deservedly so.
She is one of the models that has stood the test of time.
She still looks fantastic.
