Female Fitness Model, Jennifer Nicole Lee

This is the third time Jennifer Nicole Lee has shown up on this blog.
Heck, I could probably do a whole blog on just her.
Besides having an amazing physique, she has this animal intenstiy in her pictures.
I guess that's what got her the nickname "La Tigre".
Not content to just appear on the covers of over 30 magazines as a fitness model, Jennifer is also celebrity trainer, lifestyle and wellness expert and author.
Of course if you know anything about Jennifer, you have heard the story of how she lost 80 pounds after the birth of her children and got into the shape she's in today.
Which is incredible.

Jennifer is the official spokesperson for Ab Circle Pro, and she will be making two appearances on HSN, Sunday August 9th at 9:00 am, 2:00 pm and 9:00 pm EST and again on Monday August 10th at 9:00 am, and 8:00 pm EST.

Sherry Goggin Revisited

I did an entry on Sherry Goggin (Sherry Goggin Giardina) back in 2007 but this lady is definitely worth another look.
She was popular in the muscle magazines back in the 90's and she is still going strong without missing a step.
Sherry is a Ms. Fitness America Champion from Chattanooga, Tennessee and she has an incredible lean, shapely and muscular physique.
She is an actress, spokesmodel, real estate agent, and the VP of the Trainers Association.
Sherry has appeared in Physical, Ironman, Oxygen and BUILT magazines among many more.

This beautiful young lady is figure champion, personal trainer, and model Angela Mraz.
Angela has had a stunning career with the WNBF in the past, but now that organization has banned her.
Hard to believe isn't it?

Carmen Dura

Carmen Dura is a ACE certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, AFC certified personal trainer, boxing coach, figure competitor, fitness model and entrepreneur.
Is that enough?
I probably missed some to be honest.
Like the fact that she does she personalized online fitness training.
Or that she runs a fitness camp for children in the Miami area?
This 5'2", 114 pound beauty has a lot on her plate, but she seems to get everything done.

She was the 1998 Alliance Fitness Corporation Fitness Instructor of the Year.
She was also a FAME 2006 Fitness Model competitor and a FAME 2007 Fitness Model competitor.

Cory Everson Revisited

This is Cory Everson's third appearance on this blog and I think rightly so.

Retiring from competition after winning six consecutive Ms. Olympia titles, Cory tried her hand at acting.
Her first film appearance was in the 1986 movie "The Morning After" as Miss Olympia.
Double Impact in 1991 was her second movie. In that movie, she played Kara, a ruthless, muscular henchwoman to the main badguy.
In 1994, she was in Oliver Stone's Natural Born Killers as the TV Mallory.
She appeared in the 1995 film Ballistic. (Not the 2002 film with Antonio Banderas and Lucy Liu.)
In 1996, she was in the movie Felony as Sondra with B-movie legends (and two of my favorite actors) Jeffrey Combs and Lance Henriksen.

On TV, Cory appeared twice as Katrina Schwenke in The Adventures of Brisco County Jr. (starring another of my favorite actors, Bruce Campbell).
She also appeared in Renegade, Hercules: The Legendary Journeys (three times as Atalanta), Tarzan: The Epic Adventures, Home Improvement and Charmed as the Hulk Paige.

Of course Cory was the original host of the ESPN2 fitness show, BodyShaping that also included Deprise Brescia, Kiana Tom, Jennifer Dempster, Rick Valente, Kendell Hogan, Mary Jean Traetta and Laurie Donnelly.

And for awhile she had her own exercise show on ESPN, Cory Everson's Gotta Sweat.

Fitness Competitor: Grace Rivera

Born in Puerto Rico and raised in Brooklyn New York, this beautiful young lady originally joined Bally Fitness just to get in shape.
I think it worked.
She is not only a fitness competitor, a certified personal trainer, an aerobics instructor and a model, but a single mother as well.
Grace has competed in the 2005 National Figure Championships (4th place), the 2005 USA Bodybuilding & Figure Championships (4th place), the 2005 Junior Nationals Bodybuilding, Figure & Fitness Championships, Figure & Fitness (13th place), The 2007 Figure National Championships (16th place), the 2007 USA Bodybuilding & Figure Championships (16th place), the 2007 Eastern USA Championships (5th place in Class B and 3rd place in Masters), the 2008 Masters National Bodybuilding Championships (35+ Class C 14th place), the 2008 USA Championships ( Figure: Class C 16th place) and the 2008 Team Universe (Class C 16th place).
Grace has also appeared in Oxygen, MuscleMag, Muscle and Fitness Hers, Muscular Development, Iron Man and Flex.

Amy Lynn

Amy Lynn is another fitness model from back in the old days that seems to have just vanished.
It's a shame too, because she was always one of my favorites.
