Fitness Model - Tiffany Upshaw

This young lady is Tiffany Upshaw.
Tiffany is an up and coming fitness model as well as an Optimum Nutrition/ABB athlete.
Before becoming a fitness model, she competed in many beauty pageants, then stopped that to do competitive cheerleading.
Tiffany was born and raised in Fort Meyers, Florida, and stands five foot five and weighs in at 116 pounds.
This olive skinned beauty is of African American and Caucasian descent and her measurements are 34-26-36.
Tiffany recently came in first place in the Bikini (short class) at the 2009 NPC Royal Palm Classic Bodybuilding, Figure and Fitness Show in Cape Coral, Florida.

Andrea Dumon - Figure Competitor and Female Fitness Model

This beautiful young lady is certified personal trainer, figure competitor and female fitness model Andrea Dumon.
Andrea was born in Walla Walla Washington, and grew up in the Tacoma/Seattle area.
She's five foot, two inches tall and weighs anywhere from 108 to 110 (contest) to 112 to 115 (off season).
Andrea has appeared in Muscular Development magazine, Muscle and Fitness magazine, Oxygen and many more publications.
I actually did a write up of Andrea way back in March of 2007.

I almost let September slip by without doing a Top Ten Female Fitness Stars for August list, so here goes.....



1. Jennifer Nicole Lee
Easily the most popular woman on this blog.
"La Tigra" is not only drop dead gorgeous, but smart and inspirational.
This beauty just got finished successfully defending her WBFF Ms Bikini Diva title.
I like her so much that I even created a whole Hub Page just for her.

Kind of a surprise to me is that another 90's fitness model Alana Reis came out of nowhere and into the number three postion.

4. Anna Merchan
Female fitness competitor and fitness model Anna Merchan came in at number four.

5. Jackie Roberts
FAME Bikini Model Pro, Women's Tri-Fitness Athlete, ON/ABB Sponsored Athlete, fitness model, swimwear model and a personal fitness trainer Jackie Roberts came in at number five.

Fitness and glamor model Andrea Cox came in at number six.

7. Angelique Beltier
Another 90s fitness model and former Ms. National Fitness competitor Angelique Beltier came in at number seven.

One of my favorite fitness models ever, Gabrielle Resnick (Gabrielle Young) came in at number eight

9. Charlene Rink
IFBB Pro Fitness competitor, wrestler, mixed wrestler and boxer Charlene Rink came in at number nine.

10. Denise Delzell
And finally, fitness competitor and fitness model Denise Delzell rounds out the top ten.

Katka Kyptova - Czech female bodybuilder

Tomorrow, Saturday, September 19 is Czech bodybuilder Katka Kyptová's birthday.
So Happy Birthday Katka!

Katka is a fitness competitor, bench press competitor, certified personal fitness trainer, fitness coach and Pilates instructor.

This incredible young lady can Bench Press 176 (4X), Deadlift 308 (2X) and squat 220 (4X).

She stands 5´5´´ and weighs between 124 and 158 pounds.
Katka has 14 inch Biceps, a 39 inch chest, 23 inch quads and 16 inch calves.

Fitness Model - Alexis Ray Thompson

Alexis Ray Thompson is the (believe it or not) mother of three boys and she's also (believe it or not) 45 years old!
Alexis overcame a severe car wreck and brought herself up to the level that she is today.
This 5' 5", 120 pound redhead from Cincinnati, Ohio should set an example that you can do anything if you commit your mind and body.

Over 40...check
Severe accident...check
