Hilda Castillo

This beautiful young lady is certified personal trainer, model, actress and hostess of The Fit Show, Hilda Castillo.
Hilda was born on Sepember 14th, 1979 in Merced, California.
She is of Spanish, Italian and Chinese desent.
Hilda is 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs 106 pounds.

Her parents are smart, when they saw her potential at age 12, they not only enrolled her in the Barbizon school of modeling but Tae-Kwon-Do as well.

Ocean Bloom, Another Look

And here we have actress, certified personal trainer, yoga instructor, female fitness model and fitness champion, Ocean Bloom.
Ocean is one of those women that have been able to combine size with a sleek, powerful physique.
The last time I featured her I didn't say much about the movie work this beautiful lady has done, so let me correct that.
She appeared in "Stargate SG-1" four times, three of those were as a female Jaffa.
If you watched Stargate you know what a Jaffa is.
If you didn't watch it, think "Female Warrior".
Ocean has also appeared in "Psych" twice and she appeared in the 2002 movie I Spy.

In print, Ocean has appeared in in Musclemag, Ironman, Oxygen, Natural Bodybuilding, Woman’s Physique World, Healthy Living Guide and Shared Vision.

Ocean has a long contest history in women's fitness competitions starting with a 1st place win in the 1997 BodyMax Bodybuilding competition.
That was followed by 1st place wins at the 1997 BC Junior Bodybuilding Championship, the 1998 BC Fitness competition, the 2000 World Natural Sports Fitness competition, the 2003 Fitness America West, the 2005 FAME World's Pro Fitness, the 2007 FAME Naturals Pro Figure and the 2007 FAME National Muscle.
