This is kind of a cross over post, as I have done a couple of write ups on fitness competitor, fitness model and swimsuit model Karen Pang over at my Asian Fitness blog.
She even came in third in the most popular women on that blog for June.
Karen stands 5'2 and weighs 107 pounds, and she can look very ripped and lean for fitness shots, and look softer for swimsuit photos.

Female Fitness Model, Jennifer Nicole Lee

This is the third time Jennifer Nicole Lee has shown up on this blog.
Heck, I could probably do a whole blog on just her.
Besides having an amazing physique, she has this animal intenstiy in her pictures.
I guess that's what got her the nickname "La Tigre".
Not content to just appear on the covers of over 30 magazines as a fitness model, Jennifer is also celebrity trainer, lifestyle and wellness expert and author.
Of course if you know anything about Jennifer, you have heard the story of how she lost 80 pounds after the birth of her children and got into the shape she's in today.
Which is incredible.

Jennifer is the official spokesperson for Ab Circle Pro, and she will be making two appearances on HSN, Sunday August 9th at 9:00 am, 2:00 pm and 9:00 pm EST and again on Monday August 10th at 9:00 am, and 8:00 pm EST.

Fitness Model and Figure Competitor Aeryon Bela Ashlie

Aeryon Bela Ashlie is a Personal Trainer,Fitness Model and Figure Competitor.
Aeryon has fitness in her blood, as her father was an amateur bodybuilder and her mother was a figure skating coach.
I haven't been able to find any current info on Aeryon, so I don't know if she is still actively competing or not.

Fitness model Marzia Prince

This is one of those fitness models I could devote an entire blog to.
Marzia Prince was born in Dallas, Texas.
She is a fitness model, but she has a LOT more cred than that.
Mariza is a (take a deep breath) Cooper Certified Personal Trainer, a Physical Fitness Specialist, a Pre/Postnatal Fitness Instructor, trained in the Biomechanics of Resistance Training, a Fitness Specialist for Older Adults (65+), she has her Nutrition Certification and is CPR Certified!
That's besides being drop dead gorgeous!
Did I mention that back in May she won the The Lyzabeth Lopex Fame Classic Bikini Competition?
And she's also the magazine model for Gaspari Nutrition.
I wonder if I left anything out?
Oh yeah, her sister is a model also, Lisa Chandler aka Alizia Gutierrez.

Fitness Model: Rachel Robertson

This beautiful fitness model was in MuscleMag International.
And she is a former lifeguard.
As with a lot of fitness models from the 80s and 90s, she seems to have just disappeared.
Some go on to become personal trainers or even in some cases doctors.
But some I just can't find any trace of.
