Ahmo Hight was born in Newport Beach, California.
This 5'4, 110 pound lady was a very popular fitness model during the old Muscle Mag and usenet days.
She had a softer look than most, and I don't know if she ever actively competed in any fitness competitions.
But she was beautiful.

She is one of the models that has stood the test of time.
She still looks fantastic.

She is part Chinese, Hawaiian and Irish. She stands 5'6" (170 centimetres) tall. She is also trained as a virtuoso piano player. And she is probably the main reason people watched "BodyShaping" on ESPN.

Cory Everson

One of the women I consider a legend.
Cory wasn't sleek like Rachel McLish.
Cory had mass, but the mass was tight and compact, so when she moved, it looked more like a snake than a cat.
And Cory had that "look". It was something in her eyes.
I always thought Cory was the ideal of the Amazon.
And someone must have agreed with me since she won the Ms. Olympia contest six years in a row between 1984 and 1989.
